Our team was established within three of months of establishing the Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund. They have all played a pivotal role in shaping the service, adding their experience and helping make it a real community asset.

Peter Scutts FCIM – Director

Peter established the Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund one year after his 19 year old stepson took his own life in June 2020.

Peter is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, and ran a marketing and creative services company, High Profile, for 28 years before retiring, due to the affect it had on him and his wife, Kerry. Peter’s work included working on marketing campaigns with a number of charities and has proved invaluable in helping him establish the Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund.

He was a former Governor at St. Joseph’s Convent Preparatory School, a past member of the Rotary Club of Gravesend and Meopham, and has helped a number of charities on a voluntary basis over the years.

Tina Walker MBACP (Accred) – Director

Tina has had a varied and exciting career working with people which spans over 30 years. She gained valuable life experience working overseas as a holiday representative and has also travelled extensively around Australia and New Zealand.

Tina returned to the UK in the 90’s to work for a major airline as cabin crew before taking a short break to have three children, now teenagers. Tina is also a BACP (Accred) registered counsellor, a qualified and practising aromatherapist, passionate about aromatherapy and other natural remedies.

Terri-Ann Fairclough – BSc (Hons) Psych, MBACP (Accred) – Director & Clinical Lead

Terri’s early career started in Advertising and Marketing before returning to academia to study for a psychology degree as a mature student.

After graduating, Terri worked for a leading London University for over ten years, working her way up to becoming Operations Manager of its commercial subsidiary and then several years as Operations Director for a London-based innovation centre.

Terri started her counselling training nearly six years ago, at the same time working as Pastoral Leader at a local secondary school.  Terri set up her private counselling practice in 2019 and joined EHMF in 2021. Terri qualified as a clinical supervisor in 2023.

Scott Thomas – Director

Scott is currently studying for his quantity surveying degree at the London Southbank University and completing his RICS chartership, whilst working as a quantity surveyor at FM Conways.

Scott is a qualified football coach, and volunteers his coaching skills to Istead United, Meopham School and now Ebbsfleet United.

Scott was a close friend and neighbour of Elliott’s, so the EHMF cause is close to his heart – to try and help young people in our local community gain access to Mental Helath Counselling. Scott helped Peter to set up the fund in August 2021 and organised a community football event involving all ages in the first month.
