We only take Self-Referrals from Young People aged 13-18, living or attending a school in Gravesham

We exclusively accept self-referrals from young individuals aged 13-18 residing in or attending school in Gravesham. If you’re grappling with your emotions, please know that you’re not alone, and our aim is to provide you with support.

Before proceeding with an online application for counselling, please complete the following steps:

  1. Review our online support page, featuring guides and videos addressing various issues from Young Minds and Childline, tailored for 13-18 year olds. You can access these resources at your convenience which may help you enough without you making a request for counselling support.
  2. Familiarise yourself with our Young People Expectations
  3. Review our Conditions of Funding
  4. Take a look at the profiles of our counsellors and their areas of expertise.
  5. Select a counsellor located near you or easily accessible for travel. Please note that you will be responsible for arranging your transportation. Failure to attend sessions may result in them being revoked.
  6. All contact details supplied and information completed MUST BE YOUR OWN or your request for counselling services will be returned.

We take each application seriously and expect the same level of commitment from you. Kindly refrain from cancelling your counselling appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, as this would deprive someone else who may be in greater need of a valuable session and any future sessions may be revoked.

We have recently experienced a few issues with the referral forms loading after clicking the links above. If your form does not load please notify us at: support@ehmf.org.uk
