About You
You may be feeling stuck and don’t know which way to turn. Or maybe you feel that something is missing in your life and you don’t know how to work it out on your own.

Let me help you:

  • Manage your anxiety or depression
  • Increase your self-esteem
  • Develop a strong sense of who you are
  • Build healthy friendships and relationships

Due to life events such as separation, divorce, illness, trauma, bereavement, bullying or toxic relationships you may feel like you haven’t had the opportunity to develop as much as you would like or have lost parts of yourself that you once felt confident about. This may be leaving you feeling overwhelmed, angry, sad or lonely.

Counselling requires commitment on both sides.  Whether you want to live a more calm and balanced life or really push yourself to achieve goals that currently seem so far away, I can provide a warm, friendly, non-judgemental and confidential space in which you will feel safe to reflect on your issues, work through them and find a positive way forward.

About Me
Whatever your motivation for counselling, I am happy to work with your everyday thoughts as well as difficult past experiences and fears for the future. No problem is too big or too small and all thoughts, feelings and emotions are welcome.

As well as my private practice I work as Lead Counsellor at YMCA Thames Gateway and Rose Bruford Performing Arts College. I have previously worked as a Counsellor at Cobham Hall school and ellenor hospice.

My counselling qualifications include:

– Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling (ACTO).

I also regularly undertake CPD and specialist training to further support my clients.

My Diploma in Integrative Counselling was awarded by the Kent & Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust (Inter-Psyche Training Institute) and is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
