BBC continue to highlight our work in Gravesham

Over the past 2 years, we have give 257 young people access to mental health counselling in Gravesham! Despite the national mental health crisis, the local community is making a tremendous impact, helping the young people in Gravesham by raising money for the Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund. We’ve utilised mental health support outside of the NHS, and we’re proud to say we have met the demand and offered help within a matter of days.

We project at least 200 young people in Gravesham will self-refer to EHMF in 2024 and ask for your continued support to be able to respond swiftly. To continue this vital work, we kindly ask clubs, pubs, and particularly Gravesham businesses to get involved. Make us your us your charity of the year, organise an event or simply make a donation via our website. We’ll add you to our list of supporters on our website and give you a shoutout on social media!

A big thank you to the BBC for continuing to highlight the impact we are making locally and to Gemma Cayley-Smith for being so brave and talking about the loss of her 15 year old son Tristan, who took his own life last year. Also to Grace Broad and George Knight for their support. To see yesterday’s BBC news feature, click the link below.
