Being a Person-Centred Counsellor I take an holistic approach. Our minds will usually default to the negative, which is extremely unhelpful and can stop us in our tracks at any moment. Together, we can work towards eradicating these negative thoughts to be able to enjoy everyday life. Even if you feel you are unable to verbalise, we will find a way! I have worked with all ages in schools, now predominantly with secondary aged young people and adults.
