About me and my Therapy Practice
My name is Natalie, and I am a qualified integrative counsellor, which means I use the three main approaches of counselling: Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Behavioural according to the client’s needs. I am an accredited member of the BACP and I work to their ethical framework which can be found on their website www.bacp.co.uk

I am covered by Professional Liability insurance and am GDPR compliant.

I have had a private practice based in Gravesend for three years.  I also work for a charity providing counselling for survivors of Domestic Abuse, Anxiety and PTSD.

From personal experience I understand how difficult and overwhelming life can be, I also understand that it can be daunting seeking help through counselling.

I believe that a good therapeutic relationship is the most important part of counselling. It is important to me that you feel welcome and comfortable. I have a warm approach; offering acceptance and empathy in a safe, non-judgemental space in which you can feel supported and heard.

Whether you’re experiencing the breakdown of a friendship or relationship, a bereavement, feeling anxious or depressed or just want to talk to someone who won’t judge, I believe I can help. Together we can explore the challenges you are facing and help to make sense of what you are feeling; so that you may be able to lead a more authentic and happier life.

I offer counselling face to face in Gravesend as well as via Telephone or online using Zoom.
