A huge boost for the support of young people in Gravesham

We’re delighted that Grain LNG Limited‘s CAST team has chosen the Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund as its Charity of the Year!

It was a pleasure to visit the team and share how EHMF supports young people in Gravesham through free, face-to-face counselling, alongside our work to raise awareness and strengthen support across the community.

The CAST team will be raising funds through a variety of events over the coming year, helping more young people access support when they need it.

Bailey Lawson, Communication and Community Liaison Officer, said: “The team’s vote for this year’s Charity of the Year was unanimous. The work Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund does to support young people in the community is simply outstanding. Young people are facing extraordinary challenges, and it’s important we do all we can to support the next generation.”

A big thank you to Bailey for arranging the visit and the fascinating tour of the LNG site. It gave me a valuable insight into its operations and the role Grain LNG plays in supporting the UK’s energy infrastructure and security of supply.
