Pink Spirit charity netball rally – over £1,000 raised

A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising the Pink Spirit Charity Netball Rally and Raffle, held at Deanes School in Essex last weekend.

It was a fantastic, fun-filled day of netball, friendship and fundraising, raising more than £1,000, which will be shared between two charities very close to the team’s hearts, Lady McAdden Breast Cancer and the Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund.

As a proud Pink Netball team, supporting breast cancer charities has always been important to the ladies, with several members having been personally affected.

This year, the team also chose to support EHMF following the heartbreaking loss of their much-loved teammate Amelie Boyd earlier this year.

Turning that loss into something positive and helping other young people in Amelie’s memory means so much to us.

A massive thank you to the Pink Spirit Netball Team, everyone who played, organised, donated raffle prizes, bought tickets or simply came along and supported the day. 💗

An amazing effort and a wonderful example of what can be achieved when a community comes together.
