Quiz night at Railway Inn, in Sole Street, raises £408
A great evening’s entertainment was provided by our resident Quizmaster, James Ferrin at the Railway Inn in Sole Street, last night. £480.30 was raised and will pay for 8 counselling sessions for young people, so a big thank you to the community for your amazing support and getting behind this cause.
James came up trumps with his usual array of amusing questions and bizzare rounds. Thanks to James and also to Dave, our host at the Railway Inn, for laying on some excellent Thai light bites. Birthday boy Dave donated a selection of wines for the winning team, ‘This is your Life’.
