The Railway Tavern in Meopham raises £625!

Thanks goes to The Railway Tavern in Meopham and their customers for their Christmas donation to the Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund.

On Saturday 18th December, customers were entertained by the outstanding Sarah Starkey’s Village Voices, singing a selection of Christmas Carols, while customers were treated to a selection of mince pies, sausage rolls and mulled wine.

Money was also raised by a Christmas hamper raffle. In all, a grand total of £625 was donated. We are truly grateful for all the work put in by landlady, Shelly Cockerill, her team and the singers.
