Mayfield Grammar school and students support EHMF

On May 24th, the sun came out and nearly 1,000 students from Mayfield Grammar School joined forces for a sponsored walk, raising funds for mental health counseling for young people in Gravesham!

It was a day of fun, laughter, and community spirit as students and teachers dressed up in creative costumes, all for a great cause. We were honoured to be invited by Headteacher Elaine Wilson to hand out certificates to the amazing participants.

The £873 raised will make a huge difference, providing essential mental health support to those who need it most. Events like these not only raise money but also bring our community together, fostering a spirit of togetherness and care.

Let’s celebrate our incredible students and teachers for their dedication and hard work! Together, we can make a positive impact on our community.

Benefits of Community Engagement:

  • Raises crucial funds for local causes
  • Fosters a sense of community and togetherness
  • Promotes awareness and conversation about important issues
  • Encourages participation and contribution from all ages

Thank you to everyone who took part and supported this wonderful event!
